Hi All,

For assistance,

I need your expertise regarding the VMpro Recordings Administrator License. My Design is IPO SE edition 9.0 virtualized.

1. How do I quote this license for VMpro Recordings Administrator License?
2. Does VMpro Recordings Administrator License comes with the IPO SE edition?
3. Base from what Ive read, if the system doesn’t have the VMpro Rec Admin License it with shutdown within 2 hrs?

The Server Edition license for your primary server includes support for the Voicemail Pro running on the same server and a number of channels.

The "VMpro Recordings Administrator" license has a totally different purpose. It is needed on the primary server only if you want the Voicemail Pro to also work in conjunction with the "Contact Recorder for IP Office" application.
