IPO500 V2 is under starting up stage forver

This is new build control unit. The SD firmware has been updated to R9. When power on the unit the CPU and system SD LED make circle as below forever. Anybody know what reason.

CPU: Orange--> Green-->Green-->Green-->Red-->Off-->Green-->Orange-->>Green-->Green-->Green-->Red-->Off-->Green ...
System SD: Orange-->Off -->Green-->Off -->Orange-->Off -- >Green--> -->Off ...

The only time I've seen the CPU lamp do anything like that is when the System SD card is missing.

In this case you say you have the card so I suspect that for some reason it is not being correctly recognised. Is the card you are using an Avaya IP Office SD card? If so then I would suspect a possible faulty card.

Try reformatting and then recreating the card again using IP Office Manager. Take care to allow the recreate process to complete, there are several minutes near the end where it looks like nothing is happening (no card slot LED activity) but be sure to wait until Manager says it has completed.

Yes, the SD card is not function correctly. After formatting and recreating, it works now.
But the system can't be default by reset button on the control unit. Don't know if it is disabled by R9.
