IP Office 500 V2 - Automated backup configuration files

We manage 20 IP Office 500 V2 and making backup of the configuration files manually for all systems (.cfg file) by using Manager (File ---> Save configuration as ...). Is there a way to automate this process ?

We tried with TFTP and WebManager without any success.

Customer is using a TFTP Get script to pull the IP Office config and back it up but it fails to connect to the IP Office. Engineering advised this process of pulling the ipo config is unsupported as it has not been approved or certified by DevConnect.

Why not just use Manager's built-in functionality to save the configurations? In your preferences, under Security, look at "Save Configuration File After Load" and "Backup Files on Send". These options both create configuration backups. You will want to change your Working Directory to the folder where you want to save your backups.
