What happens to incoming calls to AA if VM ports are all used?

    Hi,
I have an IP Office V2 system. Version 11.0.4.0.0. builld 74. I have 4 voicemail ports currently and the incoming call routing is set to go to an auto-attendant. I'm just curious what exactly happens to an incoming call if all voicemail ports are in use?

The caller will get a busy signal. Configure a Fallback Extension in the Incoming Call Route, perhaps to a Group and make the name of the Group "Voicemail Down" so the users answering the calls are aware of the reason.

Thanks for the reply. Oh that's interesting. Is there a way to configure it so perhaps it would just keeping ringing until the auto attendant has a port open to answer?
