When I save changes in some user right, all forwards set are cancelled . Could someone help me?

How mich time is there between opening the config in Manager and saving the config? Are the forwards set when you open the config and then unset after you make changes?

its a big database. Its about 6 minutes betwen opening, validate and save configuration.
I've tried to set some forward in an extension, and its ok. Then I changed another extension user right. When it was done the forward from the first ext. was cancelled.
