IP Office 500 V2 Resetting

We have an IP Office 500 V2 that for the last couple of weeks seems to be resetting itself every day at around the same time. We have 2 1416 phones that turn off and back on again, most of the time straight away but there have been a couple of times when it's taken a number of minutes to come back on. While it is off all of the phones are dead.
Any ideas?

Your Avaya reseller or maintainer should be able to tell you. If you don't already have the knowledge to find out the version number of the software then it will be almost impossible to support you through the likely things that need investigting.

You should not be expecting this forum to be a free replacement for a maintenance contract and properly trained maintainer.
