display calling number

hello forum,

I have problem with customer where i have installed IP Office 500 V2 version 9 (9.0.0.829) , with a telephone model Avaya 1416 , with set 3 line appearance .


The customer ask the ability to view the caller's number on the screen ( 2 line appearance ) , when it is already in conversation with another phone call ( 1 line appearance ) , without putting on hold the current call ( 1 line appearance ).

I tried various settings with negative results ,

Is it possible?

You should be able to just scroll between calls using the up and down arrow keys around the OK button.

You can also enable "Auto Show Call Waiting" from the phone menus (Features | Phone User | Phone Screen Settings | Show Waiting Call") to always have the display focus default to the waiting call rather than the current call.
