IP Office release 9.0 with embedded vm Auto Attendant

I am trying to have a delayed Auto attendant that is answering after 4 rings(25 seconds) under the actions for pressing 0 I want it to go to voicemail for a specific extension, I tried a short code for voicemail collect going to that extension and it won't go. It just goes on hold. Or after it times out I would like it to go to that voicemail as well. Any thoughts?

    #2
Create a short code of #1XX (this is for extensions in the range of 100 through 199 - modify to suit your site)

    The action is Voicemail Collect
The telephone number is "#"N (note the quotation marks around the pound sign)
    Line group ID is 0

When you are on the phone and want to transfer directly to a mailbox without ringing the phone first, you press Transfer, press #, then dial the extension number, and Transfer (or Complete)

In the Auto Attendant, the Action is Transfer (not "Normal Transfer") and the Destination is #100 (or whatever the extension number is)

The timeout of the Embedded Auto Attendant is the Fallback Destination of the Incoming Call Route that the call followed to come in. So if the ICR destination is 200 Main, make the Fallback "#"100 (this time adding the quotation marks around the # sign)
