    Softconsole crashing on IP Office 9.1

    I have problems running the IM integration option on IP Office 9.1.

    On my Avaya laptop the app crashes altogether as soon as I try to enter the IP address of one-X. On a lab laptop running Win 8.1 I get "Class not registered, Class ID" error. Although this does not actually crash it, it never connects.

    I am running GA versions on the Server and the 2 PCs.

    On both PCs app was installed and run as Administrator.

    See attached for error details. Suggestions welcome!

    I saw similar on my very early trials of 9.1 SoftConsole (it would crash almost immediately after enabling the IM settings). The fix, as far as I could tell (once I had it working I didn't attempt to recreate the problem), was to remove SoftConsole and also any references to the older IP Office User Apps suite and then manually delete any SoftConsole program folders before installing afresh.
