The current 5420 (the receptionist's phone) has intermittent to no dial tone, so outgoing calls are not practical. The phone rings during incoming calls but there is no signal so I cannot answer. Sometimes the phone reroutes as it supposed to do after the fourth ring to the Mobile 3810. Sometimes it does not. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the cords and multiple handsets. Nothing solves the problem. Avaya is sending me a new 5420. Now, I'm waiting for the 5420 replacement. I have replaced the receptionist phone with a backup 5410.
Now a different issue. Incoming calls go directly to the 3810 and not to the 5410. What can I do to remedy this.
