Missed calls are logged on the phones themselves, there is a call history button and a section for "Missed" calls.

As said, your phone will log and display missed calls. The same log is also shown by one-X Portal for IP Office if you have that.

Note however that by default it only includes truely missed calls. Calls that then went to voicemail or forwarded elsewhere are not included. That can be changed by enabling the setting for logging missed calls answered at coverage using IP Office Manager (can't remember the exact setting name).

If you mean missed calls system wide then that can't be done retrospectively. You need to have configured the output of SMDR log files by the system. Those files are then processed by separate call accounting software. Avaya don't provide software for that as there are numerous third party applications that can receive the IP Office's SMDR call log files.

Hello, I have a question kind of related to this issue.
when I go in the log to see the missed calls, I can call back the internal calls no problem, but when it comes to an external number, it does not do the 9 before the number so users have to write down the phone number and dial to call back.

is there a way to add the 9 before the number to external calls.

        thank you

Look at your line programming, there's a field called prefix, you can add the 9 there.
