IP Office Application Server One-X Portal Service is not starting

    Hello all,

I configured a new IPOffice Application Server 9.0.4.

After the initial configuration (network settings) the One-X Portal Service is not starting.
I am not able to configure One X Portal and no other configuration was made.
The state of the service is still starting (state indicator shows yellow color ). I tried to reboot the service, tried to reboot the server, several times. But this has no effect. I waited one night, but no effect.

Linux IP Office Server was settet up with OVA ISO File from Avaya.

I am experiencing the same issue, other services are running but One-X is hung in starting. Did you find a resolution for this? I am running 9.0.5.0 build 972.

      Hey Brad and Rad.
Have you dumped the server and rebooted CentOS?

You can roll back the release you are on for each individual package (EX: one-x portal).

Or, you could uninstall 1xp, and if you browse the iso image, you will see a folder of packages that you can upload the 1xp package, and reinstall it.

I have the same issue with 9.1.1.0 Build 10

Documentation says to check the EnhTcpaService but that didn't help.

Anyone else running into this? Any resolutions?

          Hello

I have the same issue with the onexPortal 9.x in the Linuxsystem and the Windowssystem after a reboot of the Server. I started the Portalservice again and than is working.
