    IP Office Phone Manager - No Control Units Found

    I am new to a previously installed Avaya system an am having trouble getting Phone Manager to work for some users. When Phone Manager starts, the IP is correct (as far as I know) but the OK button never activates. When I click Browse, I get the message No Control Units found.

    It seems as though the users that were here when the system was set up are able to log in to Phone Manager, but newer users who have been set up since are not.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you verify the IP address of the IP Office by getting it from one of the computers that works? Can you try and ping that address from the newer users? Also compare the Windows Firewall settings on the users that work versus the users that don't work.

      Which version do you have? If it's R9.x the phone manager don't works
