I am new to a previously installed Avaya system an am having trouble getting Phone Manager to work for some users. When Phone Manager starts, the IP is correct (as far as I know) but the OK button never activates. When I click Browse, I get the message No Control Units found.
It seems as though the users that were here when the system was set up are able to log in to Phone Manager, but newer users who have been set up since are not.
Any help would be appreciated.
