One-X Portal Certificate Windows 9.1

I used to update the certificate by replacing server.pem. 9.1 doesn't use that file. The documentation says to go to the admin interface and choose Configuration -> Certificate. I don't see that.

Anyone know how to replace the certificate on One-X 9.1 under windows?
