A user got a problem and I'm out of ideas.
When the user is loged into the one-x portal page and then goes to Configure and he wants to change the profile he gets a error message.
When I am loged in onto his telephone at my computer I'm not getting the error message.
Error message is:
Cannot set the System Greeting as the Active Greeting. The profile you are trying to activate eseems to have System Greetings set as active greeting; whereas as there are recorded Greetings available and one of the recorded greetings should be set as active greeting. kindly edit the profile you are trying to activate and set recorded greeting as active greeting.
