Unable to download ipoffice 9.1

i am a french customer
i am trying to download IPOFFICE Update for the first time and each time il try to download it, i get a message about PLDS but when i look in my profile the plds option was already activate

can someone help me or give me a call number in France

I had to take PLDS OUT of my profile and re-add it before it started working for me
