Avaya SME Certification

Could someone can provide the necessary steps to get an Avaya Certification SME online, i do not have an Avaya SSO Login, and also it's free to create one ?

It is free to register to Avaya or Avaya University. But you nee dot be a Partner or Customer as you will need your Sold To and Partner ID to register at Avaya for the SSO-Login.

i Changed your Configuring Security Settings software program Manager port ( 50804) from the server now I do not remember. this port and i can not access the program Manager what is the solution please help
