Pickup Line

Using IP500 Office 9.1 with Freestyl1 cordless phones. If receptionist puts call on hold, how does cordless phone pickup that line. Tried the "Call Pickup LIne" short code of *89*N# and I get a call rejected response. If possible, I would really like a shorter short code. Any suggestions.

Create a short code *78X/UnPark Call/N/0, and give the Operator PARK buttons, 1 through 3 (more or less as needed). The Operator will press a Park button, tell the cordless user which one it is parked on, and the cordless user will dial *78 and the park number (1 through 3)
