I'm having a problem accessing the IP Office Web Manager. I tried to use the IPOffice Manager Administrator account, and I also tried the Administrator/Administrator default login and password, but either one of them are working. Since I'm logging into 192.168.1.8/8443, is there another login/password account I should be using?

Can you provide the SW Version and IP Office Edition (IP500v2 or Server Edition) and the link how you access the webmanagement. -
Just start with the IP address of the IP Office system and follow the links on the menu that is shown.
AFAIK 8443 is used for https access to one-X Portal for IP Office, not for IP Office Web Management.Comment
