IPO System version 8.1.52 to 8.1.73

Hello everybody,using IPO system phone with the current version 8.1.52, so now i will make an upgrade from 8.1.52, to 8.1.95 version just want to know a step by step configuration on how to do it,i m new with this PBX,if anybody has already experimented this or have a great link i would very appreciated this.

Download and install the Admin suite 8.1.95. Make sure you can connect to the IP office. Under File - Advanced, you will find Upgrade. Run that, and you will upgrade the system.

Do NOT use 9.0, stay with 8.1.xxx or you will also need an upgrade license.

So on the support.avaya. com I found "Service Pack 11 Admin 8.1.95, I m a little confused about the SP11, cause I usually see Admin suite, does the SP11 Admin 8.1.95 will match ?

Yes, they have changed the naming convention, download the tech bulletin 172 along with it for full information.

Good Morning everybody,
I have that System upgraded and i can see these two TCM8 cards and the ATM Combo base card also upgraded and have the same version with the IPO control Unit, however I have an Analogue ATM16 Expansion Module which has some analogue trunk line for incoming call ,that module is not upgrade and has a different version compare to the new version IPO >> IPO version = 8.1.95 , Analogue ATM16 Expansion Module = 10.1.52. The problem of the Disconnect Tone still persists ,the IPO still not recognize that call is being disconnected,so I think the problem could be the difference between the version of the IPO control unit and the Analogue ATM16 Expansion Module ,please if it’s correct, make me know and I will put the Analogue ATM16 Expansion Module upgrade too .
