VPN Remote phone Avaya IPO.

Hello everyone, to configure a VPN Remote phone ,Avaya IPO System phone is on the main office and we have a specific public address ip on the router hosted the PBX, Avaya IPO, now I just want to know if there will be a special configuration that I should do in the other side , on the home router and if I will also need a public address ip in each side ?
