Hello,
In Flare, Dialing Plan is enabled and 011 is set as the sequence to use for international calls but Flare does not use this when an international number is dialed. It still uses the local/long distance dial plan sequence of 1 and then the number. I guess my question is, how does Flare distinguish between an international number and a local/long distance number so it knows which dial plan to use?
Thank you.
