9641G Quick Touch Panel (QTP) not working

Hello,

I do not get the Quick Touch Panel (QTP) workign on the 9641G on my IP Office 500v2 release 9.1.0.437. The phone is running firmware 6.4014.

I found in the documentation " Using Avaya IP Deskphone 9608, 9608G, 9611G, 9621G, and 9641G H.323" that I can activate this via the phones "Home" menu.

But I do not find the option!

The documentation contains an error.
To do so: Features > Phone User > Phone Screen Settings > Quick Touch Lines: Off

Let be precise, the document isn't wrong, it's the wrong document.

You need to take care that the documents you read are specifically for use of phones on an IP Office system. If it doesn't say so then its very likely that the document is for CM or Aura.
