Move group mailbox to another phone ??

Im not sure how to explain what im trying to do but let me try.

I want to move access to a group mailbox to another Physical phone.

Let me explain.
We have a group called Donations in the phone system. There are 4 people part of this group. When people call this number all 4 phones ring. This means any of those 4 people can answer the phone when we get a call.

When no one answers the phone a message is left on one of the phones and the red message light is lit on the phone indicating that a message is on the phone to be picked up.

When the person at that phone wants to pick up the messages for the Donation group they press the Messages button, put in the passaword and then the screen shows :

Listen
Donation

Someone (maybe me, but I have forgotten) has created a menu item called Donation in the Voice Mail system so that this person can pick up the Donation Voice mail.

Here are my quesions:
How can I move the phone that shows that there are messages in this group to another phone? Where is this setting. It has completely escaped me. And how can I move the Donation menu item to the new phone. I have searched but I cannot see how to change these settings.

In Manager, go to the User and Source Numbers tab, add HDonations (or HDonation or however the group's name is actually spelled, or Hxxx where xxx is the extension number of the Donation(s) group)

This will make that phones message waiting light come on for the group messages, and give them access to the group when in visual voicemail.

Thank you that does exactly what I need.

So just wondering If prefixing a group name with H adds a group.

How can I add regular extension to voicemail. Sometimes we have executives who go on vacation and want people to listen to their VM. It would be nice if I could add their extension to the VM list. I have read the help but Im unclear if that option is there. Its not clear to me.
I tried Husername but that did not seem to work.

Doesn't work for extension mailboxes, just hunt group mailboxes. They just added the feature to 9.1, but we aren't deploying it out in the wild just yet.
