Scopia XT5000 how to reset the pin code?

Hi All,

One of the customer have Scopia XT5000, he forgotten the 4 digit pin code,
Anyone know how to reset the pin code?

Urgently need help.

Hi,

I think there is no ways to reset the admin pin code.

still other than Web and Display interface one more administration also can be done via Console connection from the back side of Codec unit.

If you are not familiar with CLI, don't try the console. Raise support case immediately.
