    Voicemail Pro whether have event log?

    Hi All,

    My customer have voicemail pro become abnormal , all auto attendant are no working.

    after restated voicemail pro , it back to normal.

    Now customer asking when was the voicemail pro become problem, he need the event report with time & date,
    but from IP office, I only can saw the voicemail status is only restart timer.

    from voicemail pro, I cannot see any event log or report ,

    Whether Voicemail pro have event log/report for viewing? show date & time when voicemail pro become abnormal?

    Hi Edward.

    I assume this is VMPro on a Windows server. You can look in the servers Event Viewer | Application log if the service itself had failed but otherwise you would have needed the VM Pro Debug program running at the time of the incident. Without seeing this we can't say what the root cause of the incident was or an exact timestamp.
