Incoming Calls Ring Twice, Then Drop.

Hey there! I have an issue with one of my buildings.

When some calls our phones, we have an auto attendant setup that is a dial-by-number setup. Very easy. There are only 4 possible extensions the caller can go to, and be default, the caller will be placed at the main voicemail box.

However, starting a few days ago, incoming calls ring twice, and then drop. It's like the AA never actuates. If I unplug all of our avaya equipment and call the same number, it just rings and rings and rings. This is also why I'm lead to believe it's the AA.

Running IP office r8.1 (version 10.1)

Any ideas on where to start looking? thanks!

Edit : calls out from any phone work fine, but I can't call in from an external line.

Troubleshoot by changing the incoming call route to a telephone or group instead of the automated attendant. See if you are able to receive calls that way, to eliminate a telephone company issue. If that proves the telco is good, create a new AA from scratch, and point the ICR there, to see if it is your module.
