    Remote Access Points

    Can you help. Our Avaya maintainer has looked after our system for nearly 10 years. We found out after we had a fraud carried out on our business to the cost of £30K that during this time they had not secured our remote access station (the one that used to be used by maintenance companies to log into the phone system over a phone line- before they used the internet). They are denying it was their responsibility to have it secured! We believe it is theirs and having spoken to several other maintenance companies we have been told that they would do this as a basic check when they take over the maintenance of a system. Can anyone give us any advice or thoughts? Thanks Niki
