I have a working box and want to duplicate the setting for the same SIP provider.
M1 IP address is the same
Version is the same
Restore fails.
Why. Surely you do not have to completely reprogram a new box if the current box goes BAD.
How do you restore the snapshot??
Yes I have defaulted the new box and started over. This did not help.
The admin guide says also that the serial number has to match.
Any ideas???
