    Hunt Group Paging Busy Signal

    I'm running an IP Office 500 Version 6.0 (8) with 5420 and 5410 digital phones. Also running Avaya IP Office R6 Manager.

    I have created a Short Code with he following:

    Code: *78
    Feature: Dial Paging
    Telephone Number: 6402
    Line Group Id: 0
    Force Account Code: <unchecked>

    I have created a Hunt Group with the following:

    Name: Page Ware
    Extension: 6402
    Ring Mode: Collective
    *The rest should be default settings*

    I have added 1 to 10 extensions (5420 or 5410 sets) in the User List (checked) and I always get the same problem, busy signal, when I dial *78 or 6402. I have confirmed that the Users are not set to Forward Unconditional.

    Can anyone help??
