    Problem with MENU in Voicemail PRO

    Hi! Please, help me.
    Have IPoffice 500 7.0 with VoicemailPro 4.2
    I have a menu witn button`s 2&3 wich forwards a call to group2&group3
    Now add transfer to extn 2???&3??? number, but it doesn't not work, because the call goes to group2&group3.

    How do i must change my IVR?

    From your existing Menu, from 2, connect to a new Menu. In the new Menu, make Touch Tones ???, and a Timeout of 2 seconds. Connect the Timeout to Group 2, connect the ??? to a new Transfer action that goes to 2$KEY.

    Do the same for 3, except the Timeout goes to group 3, and the ??? goes to a transfer or 3$KEY
