We are trying to implement avaya one x portal outlook plugin version 9.0.5.0 on 2008R2 Remote Desktop Servers. We use roaming profiles for our users.
When we enter settings for a user for one x portal outlook plugin, the settings are saved in user.config, but they are saved in a local directory that does not get copied off when they log off the terminal server. Every time they log off they lose their settings. Ex: dependent on what is installed on the 2008r2 remote desktop server, either the user.config files is stored :
C:\Users\BFanguy\AppData\Local\Avaya_Inc\AvayaCall Assistant.exe_Url_q3k4j3n44kctfzl3keahcn3cfvhpbp3i \9.0.500.5\user.config or
C:\Users\bfanguy\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporati on\AvayaIPOfficePlugin.vsto__Path_audlumi0kjiiephe phcroktxjbzai0nh\14.0.7147.5001
we need them to be stored in Roaming instead of local.
anyone know of a setting to change where they are stored or maybe a workaround?
