Button programming - appearance

Hi ,

One of our Avaya user wants only to receive one call at a time , any other caller must hear busy tone . I removed all other appearance buttons on User-->Button programming , that solved the issue , but he cannot transfer or conference .

I read in other forums that I have to create another button with outgoing call only , but I don't know how to do that . Can someone help please .

You only need to set 2 call Appearance and active the "Reserve Last CA" option to be located at User - Telephony - Multi-line Options

The Avaya Phones allow calls by button programming. If you want ear busy tone must configure only two buttons line appearence or one line button appearence.
