One-X Mobile Preferred

Hello

I need help to configure the One-X Portal Aplication and SBC to achieve that the One-X Mobile Preferred work

I have one IP Public at the SBC directly and with this I could to use one SIP Softphone at the smartphones now the next step is use One-X Mobile Preferred

In my LAN the One-X Mobile work fine I dont know if the problem is some configuration at the SBC or at the One-X Portal

Ok

You needs more items to configure, for example:

- DNS (external, internal) to resolve sub domain, like mobile.mydomain.com
- A sub domain like above
- if your SBC is behind FW, needs NAT rules
- Configure IM Presence name in One X Portal with sub domain
- Public IP Address
- Configure IPO with public Ip address on domain name
- Configure A1 & B1 SBC interfaces and Global Profiles, etc
