How to line Panasonic Extension to Avaya IP Office?

    Hi All,

Please help me on this problem.
My customer using Avaya IP Office & Panasonic Analog Phone system,

He want to line both can call each other,

Avaya provided 2 analog Extension, e.g 209 & 210, connected to Panasonic Phone system.

When Panasonic programed their Phone CO button (Avaya analog Extension 209 & 210) on his phone, can press the CO button then call Avaya Extension 200,201,202,203,204......).

Panasonic provided 2 Analog Extension to Avaya IP Office,

But Avaya IP office without any phone with CO button to pick the Panasonic Extension.

Avaya use the card is 700504556 card, port 11 & 12.

Whether anyone have done the setup before?

    Thanks

Connect the analogue user formt he panasonic to the CO ports on the IP Office, in your case the Avaya IP500 Combination Card w/4 Analog Trunks V2 (700504556). Use the mentioned ports below 11 & 12.

The locate these ports within the Avaya IP Office Manager. Normaly they (if you have onyl one Combo Card) should be line 3 & 4. Put these lines into the same Incoming/Outgoing Group ID.

Now create a dial shortcode which uses thes lines (Group ID's) to route the call to the Panasonic PBX.

Make sure both analog trunks have the same unique outgoing line ID, eg 900
Now if the phones on the Panasonic are numbered lets say 300 upto 399 then create a system shortcode SC=3XX TN=3N Action = Dial Line ID=900
Now you can dial any extension on the Panasonic.
Depending on the type Panasonic you can do the same on the panasonic.
