Hi Guys,
I am seeing a weird issue that is only affecting about 1 in 100 users in a 800+ phone environment. When a user checks their voicemail from their own phone, it tells them their password is wrong. If they do it from any other phone in the system, as well as calling in from their cell phone, it works fine. In some instances pressing # instead of the full extension does allow them to work around this, but for others this does not work. Any idea's on what might cause this?
