Avaya wireless phone shows very low signal strength

Avaya 3641 and 3645 wireless phone showing very low signal strength , anyone faced this problem ??

I have tested with Cisco and Avaya AP , result is same . I get good wireless signal strength on laptops or smart phones on same SSID .

Any suggestions ??
