Coverage Group ring options when forwarding to Hunt Group

    Hello,

We use an Ip 500 V2 in our office. We have 10 staff with Direct Dial numbers and been asked to set it up so that if any one of them is busy/not available to take a call, their call will go to one of the other 10. Ideally they will answer in a Rotary Fashion so that everyone gets their fair share of the calls. I can get this to work by setting up a hunt group and use the coverage option to forward their calls but the only problem is all phones for the other 9 ring simultaneously meaning no control over who answers.

Can I change this somehow or will I have to Bite the bullet and create a separate hunt group for the Direct dial for each member of the 10 including the other 9 as members?

    Thanks

Do not use the coverage group option, just use the Divert on no aswer or busy settings.
Another option is to create a user which is forwarded to the group and put that as only member in a new coverage group

Thanks Havel3 the simplest option was the most obvious I can't believe I didn't think of it. Thanks again that works a treat!
