Avaya communicator don´t show transfer option

I have 10 Avaya Communicator Users and when they have calls and want to transfer the button transfer or option transfer doesn.t appear. We can hold and make other call but we can´t transfer calls. My IP Office is 9.1.

I had to downgrade the avaya communicator, the last version dont have transfer option.
