    time profile issue

    hello people

    can help

    i have been asked to setup a time profile on the avaya ip office 500V2 release 9.1.0

    The times are as follows

    Monday - friday 09.00 - 13.00



    I have set this up but the time profile show always 00:00 - 23:59


    I cannot change time correct


    Any help greatly appreciated

    Dou you run Manager as Administrator (right click on Manager.exe and select "run as Administrator")?
    Never had a problem with creating time profiles so it must be something on your PC.

        hello ,

        I try run Manager as Administrator , and also i have installed last Manager 9.1.1.0 build 10 with same result , i think the problem is somenthing on my laptop , some update about windows or another software maybe stop some function in manager.

        I already open support ticket at my local delivery , i am wait for the ansewer.

          same problem..
          IPO R9.1.0.437..i tought to update to R9.1.8.172

          but nothing changes..
          any suggestions?

          PS. i've tried on 5 different laptop with 5 different OS with manager 9.1 sp8 and latest R10..
