Wonder anyone know here how to transfer an ext to Auto attendand .
Can any one help .
IP Office version 9 .

Embedded VOice mail it is .
Client doesnt have Voice mail pro .

You have to create a shortcode pointing at the AA and forward unconditional (or for no answer or busy) to that short code

create AA named test
create a short code *99
---select feature auto attendant
---select number : AA:test where test is the AA name
create a phantom user 500
---forward uncondition to the number *99

Be aware that embedded AA has not really an option to handle timeouts. The only way to set a timeout target is the alternative target in ICR but that doesn't work if you transfer to the AA.
