What kind of problems are you having? You had another post on here that said you didn't have any upgrade licenses for the other nodes in your SCN, did you apply those upgrade licenses to your primary server yet?

Yes, in the server primary has 1 license upgrade But when upgraded to 9.1.1 the expansion unit IPO 500V2 shows alarms "No valid Software Upgrade license present" and on the H.323 Trunk Summary Disabled- Unlicensed.

You need a license for EVERY node, so if you have a primary server, a secondary server, and a 500v2 expansion, you'll need 3 upgrade licenses applied to the primary server.

Tks, I understood the license. Do you you have done an implementation with upgrade ip office server in release 9.0 to 9.1?

I upgraded 9.0 to 9.1.2, 9.1.0, and 9.1.1 and in all's failed web manager and IP Office service.

I've done an upgrade for server edition 9.0 to 9.1.1. Are you using the bootable ISO image to upgrade from the server itself or are you trying to use the web interface? The web interface is kind of useless since you really have no idea what it's doing and if anything fails you'd never know. Also one thing I noticed is that I was missing some of the audio files when I did the upgrade (like the prompts for voicemail to enter your password.)

I did some upgrades from 9.0 to 9.1 as well.

Upgrading by booting from ISO seems to be the most reliable way because it is more a fresh install with keeping the original config.

But to be honest I would like the way to upload ISO into webmanagement and start upgrade from there because downtime is much less than by ISO boot.

Have you applied the necessary licenses yet? If you attempt to start the service from the command prompt do you get any errors?

If you have 2 nodes (Primary and IP500) then you will need 2 licenses, that reside on the Primary server.
According to your post you only have 1. Get another upgrade license on the Primary....Remember if you have 2 servers and 2 ip500's, you need 4 licneses. 1 for every node in the network. The only exception is if you are running a dedicated 1x portal server. That does NOT need an upgrade license.

Thanks furrerm for your advise. It's correct I had a 1 license.
