I have an IP Office on release 9.0 I have VM Pro and not able to record the auto attendant from the a phone. I found there is a SP update to fix this issue. Two questions. Does the version of the VM Pro client match the server version? If I am on SP 3 and there is a SP 7 can I just upgrade the 7 or do I have to install each SP? Thanks in advanced.

The upgrade SP7 is better, but how you thinks record de auto attendant from telephone? Do you want record with a short code?Comment

Within the attendant I chose to call the phone. I am going to install SP 7 and see if that resolves the issues.Comment
