    Half DID range not working

I have 20 DIDs coming in on SIP trunks. IP Office 500v2 9.0. First ten will ring in just fine. The second ten get rejected by the IP Office. I have the ICR for the last ten going to a phone for testing. The fallback is going to a hunt group. Cox is sending ten digits but the ICR for all 20 are set for the last four digits. Thoughts? Thank you in advance for your help.

You have a pure SIP trunk or is it getting converted to an IAD? Change your incoming call route to have all 10 digits and save yourself a ton of grief. Also, if you have a straight SIP trunk, do a monitor trace and show only the SIP information (Call Rx/Call Tx) and see what the IP Office is doing with the calls when they're being rejected.

They are SIP trunks. Here is the trace below.

      7/10/15 4:22:58 PM-203ms Line = 17, Channel = 2, SIP Message = Response, Direction = From Switch, From = [email protected], To = [email protected], Response = 100 Trying
      7/10/15 4:22:58 PM-204ms Line = 17, Channel = 2, SIP Message = Response, Direction = From Switch, From = [email protected], To = [email protected], Response = 404 Not Found
      7/10/15 4:22:58 PM-210ms Line = 17, Channel = 2, SIP Message = Ack, Direction = To Switch, From = [email protected], To = [email protected]

What does your URI table look like? Did you fix your incoming call routes so they have all 10 digits? Your DID isn't working because your IP Office isn't aware of the number 4057926999

I found the problem. I had made an error on my URI entries. I had selected use internal data. They are working properly now. Rookie mistake. Thank you very much for everyone's help!
