    License upgrade is required

    Hello,

I'm trying out the IP Office 500v2 demo kit. I used the upgrade wizard tool to go to version 9.1. But now it's saying that I need an upgraded license. How do I go about getting one? Or do I have to downgrade? Here's what I'm seeing:

Yes, do you need license of upgrade 9.1. I believe that you demo kit is for the 9.0 version IP Office. You must to validate the requirement with the local distribuitor. I recommend you to review the note techincal for the upgrades.

    Now, It's neccesary downgrade.

If it is a demo kit you can ask your distributor for a demo-kit upgrade form.

On the Avaya Partner Website you can download a form which you need to sent to your distributor. They will then generate the license for your demo kit.

The document is called something like "IP Office Power Demo Product Update P14".

          Just found it.

It is Appendix B you need to use.
