    Problem for the voice mail

    Hi All,

    My customer is use Embedded voicemail, he want create after office hrs with voicemail massage, so his customer can leave the massage.

    I created the After office hrs with hunting group 333 the after office hrs is working, the voicemail also working, But when i call hunting group 333, why have 2nd massage is( Avaya default massage)?
    customer want to remove this 2nd massage, when i off the announcement, the hunting group 333 massage become Avaya default massage.

    Here is I created for this hunting group 333, use *91333# to record the massage, *333 for retrieve the massage.

    May I know if any wrong on the setup?
    How to off the 2nd Massage?

    I believe that you have activated the annoucements in the huntgruop, however let's to know what says the second message?

      Example : default day group is 500:MAIN
      Do the following;
      create a new group without members give it a number like 5001 and a name like NightGroup and enable VM on it, no members and no announcements and select "Ex Directory".
      In the group MAIN disable VM and set the newly created group as night destination.
      In the user settings of the members of group MAIN add two Source Numbers:
      V500 and HMAIN, it enables the system to lit the light on the phones when there are new messages and the users can listen to the messages via the MESSAGES button, dependig if you have selected "Visual Voice" in System>Voice Mail.

        Hi Mrepdy,

        The announcement is activated in the huntgruop, but when I off it, the voice become Avaya Voice announcement (No one available, please leave a massage), no more customer recorded voice massage.

        When announcement on is go to the customer recorded voice massage, but have 2nd announcement (Avaya voice, No one available, please leave a massage).

        This is the problem make me so headache.
