4610 & 4621 missed call indication

Hello,

We recently changed an Avaya CM for an IP Office.
After the change our customer noticed the missed call indicator has disappeared from the screen of 4610 and 4621 IP phones.
The phones have the 2.9.1 firmware and the IP Office is R9.0 SP7.

I noticed that the indicator is briefly shown on the display when I put the handset back on-hook.

Is the missed call indicator supported for these phones on IP Office?

These phones have no missed calls indication, the user must check the call logs on a regular basis.
