Voice mail not working in avaya IPO server edition select on VIrtual

Hi ,
we have install a ravaya ipo server edition on VM. all application running perfectly.

but voicemail are not working , even Voioce mail pro services showing start in the server.
we have stop & start the voicemail pro service, & reboot the server , but voicemail not working., if we try to connect voicemail through voicemail pro client it shows invalid passsord & user id. and in ip phones when i press message button it shows voicemail not running.

so please help.

Make sure you set the Voicemail Password equal in IP Office Manager / Security and in the Voicemail PRO Configuration.

we have change the password in security but issue was same..

finally we have rebuild the avaya ipo server , then it works fine..
