SCN directories

How can directories be partitioned in a SCN network
so that users and the manager can edit which directory(ies)
is/are available per user - so that users can access a name/number
without having to scroll through multiple directories?

Just start dialing the name required and the directory display automatically only displays matches - no need to scroll.
