How to upgrade from 9.03 to 9.1

Hi All,

May I know how to upgrade Server Edition from version 9.03 to Version 9.1?
Customer have 2 units Server Edition & 2 units IP office, is link together, already work life.
they want upgrade to version 9.1.

Anyone can help me where to download the patch & instruction ?
what setup step need ?

Hi Edward,

the latest software you will find at support.avaya.com.

The download itself you will find then at plds.... the actual right software will be IP Office Server 9.1 SP3....

Once you have the software you can start with the upgrade... just checkout http://marketingtools.avaya.com/know...olution_en.pdf
